Anderson Well Drilling Team

We pride ourselves in having the most trustworthy conscientious employees in the business.

Paul Anderson

Paul Anderson has been a well driller since 1977. He learned his trade “hands-on” working beside his mentor Richard Squires, another life-long well driller. Paul bought the business from Richard in 1988 and began building his team at Anderson Well Drilling. Paul maintains his status as a Wisconsin Licensed Well Driller and Pump Installer and is recertified annually by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Ask for Paul when you call with any questions about new wells as well as existing well or pump issues. He takes care of most new system installations and service work and will meet with you at your job site at your convenience – nights, weekends or even holidays!

Bob Holly

Bob Holly has been an important part of the Anderson Well Drilling team for over 29 years. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of our business, and is our main Cable Tool drill rig operator. Not only will you see Bob operating our drill rig he may also be one of the people who make an initial visit to your property to place your new well and answer any well drilling or water system questions you might have.

Jake Anderson

Our son Jake Anderson has worked in the Anderson Well Drilling family business for more than 20 years. He is a top notch pump installer and one of our main pump and systems repairmen. Jake has learned his trade working beside Paul and learned it very well. He also may be sent out to your job site to gather information needed to plan for your new well and water system.

R.J. Holly

R.J. Holly is the newest employee at Anderson Well Drilling. He is most often seen working beside his dad Bob Holly on the Cable Tool rig. R.J. has worked as a rig tender for over 5 years. He also goes out on service calls with Jake from time to time. We appreciate the respect R.J. and all of our employees have for our customers.

Bosco

This is our dog Bosco. He is an over friendly one year old collie who loves people and will most likely greet you at our shop/residence if you stop in.
